You can create ROE entries for specific pay runs in Payroll > Pay Run Management or add ROE entries for multiple pay runs or pay groups in Payroll > Data Entry.

To add a ROE entry:
- Go to the ROE sub-tab in Payroll > Pay Run Management or Payroll > Data Entry.
- Click Add, or press Shift+Enter or Ctrl+Enter.
- Select an employee in the Employee Name field or the Employee No. field.
- (Data Entry tab only) If needed, select a different option in the Pay Run field.
- If needed, select a different option from the Legal Entity field.
- Select an option in the ROE Reason field.
- Click Save.
- Enter details in the ROE form. See Enter Details in ROEs.
