Create Individual ROEs

You can create ROE entries for specific pay runs in Payroll > Pay Run Management or add ROE entries for multiple pay runs or pay groups in Payroll > Data Entry.

Before You Begin: See Overview of Creating Individual ROEs.

To add a ROE entry:

  1. Go to the ROE sub-tab in Payroll > Pay Run Management or Payroll > Data Entry.
  2. Click Add, or press Shift+Enter or Ctrl+Enter.
  3. Select an employee in the Employee Name field or the Employee No. field.
  4. (Data Entry tab only) If needed, select a different option in the Pay Run field.
  5. If needed, select a different option from the Legal Entity field.
  6. Select an option in the ROE Reason field.
  7. Click Save.
  8. Enter details in the ROE form. See Enter Details in ROEs.
