Before You Begin: Make sure you're familiar with the concepts related to employee work location overrides in Employee Work Location Overrides.
To create an employee work location override:
- Go to Org Setup > Org Payroll Setup > Employee Work Location Overrides.
- Click Add.
- Enter the employee work location override details:
- In the Location Name field, enter a name for the work location override.
- (Optional) Enter a description for the work location override.
- In the Allow Legal Entity Override column, select the checkbox to enable the override.
- In the Reference Code field, enter an XRefCode for the work location override.
- In the Address tab, enter the address details for the employee work location override.
- Click Save.
You’re now ready to apply this work location override in the employee profile in People, in the Work > Work Assignments screen.
Note: You can apply the work location override only for employees who belong to pay groups of native payroll countries.
