The UK Gender Pay Workbook is designed to connect with the gender pay reports in Dayforce using an OData connection. It retrieves data from the reports and performs some calculations to present the gender pay gap information that organisations with 250 or more employees need to submit to the UK government. The workbook is an Excel file which you can download on the support portal at https://support.dayforce.com.
Before You Begin: Set up the reports in Reporting and Analytics > Reporting > Reports. See Set Up the Gender Pay Reports.
You will need the OData Stream URL for your instance of Dayforce for step 4 in the procedure below. You can find the OData Stream URL in Profile, in Settings > Apps.
To retrieve your gender pay gap data using the workbook:
- Download the workbook from the support portal at https://support.dayforce.com.
- Open the workbook to the Instructions sheet.
- Enter the name of your organization in the Name of Organization cell.
- Copy and paste the OData Stream URL from Settings > Apps in Profile into the cell where indicated. The other URLs below that cell are updated automatically.
- Copy and paste each of the updated URLs into your browser. If an error message is shown, check the report configuration and make sure that your user role is configured with OData access.
