United Kingdom is available as a country option in the Delivery Packages tab of Payroll Set-up > Report Output so that you can create a delivery package within which you can configure scheduled/archived reporting for Payroll.
Creating a UK delivery package has no impact on dispatch instructions, because statements and reports in the United Kingdom are handled online and not printed or sent out. However, you need to configure a delivery package to enable scheduled/archived reporting in Payroll.
