Role feature access: Pensions > Pension Notifications
To create a pension notification template:
- Go to Pensions > Pension Notifications and click Add.
- Enter a name, effective from date, and (optional) effective to date.
- Select the Enabled checkbox. When you select the checkbox, notifications are sent when a pay run is committed. Clear the checkbox to stop sending notifications.

- In the Assignment field, select the pension schemes that the notification applies to.
- In the Template section, enter the subject for the notification in the Subject field.
- In the text field, enter the body content of the notification. You can insert tokens to customize the notification with the employee’s details. You can also insert pension-related values like eligibility age, plan name, and opt-out date. Select a token and click Insert to insert the token where the cursor is placed in the text editor.
- Click Save.
