Amended P11D Forms

In Year End > UK Year End, in the Amendments tab, you can generate amended P11D forms to fix issues in forms that were already submitted to the HMRC. Additionally, you can publish the amended forms to Employee Self-Service for employee use.

To generate and publish amended P11D forms:

  1. Go to the Amendment tab in Year End > UK Year End.
  2. Select a tax year. The controls in the tab load only show when you select a tax year with successful filed P11Ds.
  3. In the toolstrip, click the Amendment Request drop-down menu and select New.
  4. In the Amendment Request dialog box, enter a request name, legal entity, (optional) comment, and click Save.
  5. Run the P11D import to load the new employee data to Dayforce.
  6. To generate the amended form, in the Amendment tab, select the amendment request and click Process Job > Generate in the toolstrip.
  7. To publish the amended form to Employee Self-Service, click Process Job > Publish.

After you publish an amended P11D, you can specify the forms that the employee can access in Employee Self-Service. By default, both the original and amended versions are available in self-service.

To show and hide P11Ds in Employee Self Service:

  1. Go to the Overview tab in Year End > UK Year End.
  2. Select the employee's legal entity.
  3. Expand the Employee Tax Statements slide-out panel.
  4. Click Show in Employee View to publish the form to Employee Self-Service. When you click the button, the label text changes to Hide from Employee View. Click Hide from Employee View to remove the form in Employee self-service.
