Add Payroll and Year End Feature Access to Roles

You must add the Payroll role feature and its associated sub-features to a role before a user with that role can access and use it.

Before You Begin: For a description of the Payroll feature and its subfeatures, see “Appendix: Role Feature Library” in the Dayforce Implementation Guide.

To add the Payroll and Year End features to a user role:

  1. Go to System Admin > Roles.
  2. Select the role type to which you want to add feature access.
  3. Click the Features tab.
  4. Locate and expand the Payroll section and select the appropriate sub-features.
  5. Locate and expand the Year End section and select the appropriate countries and sub-features.
  6. Click Save, then click Refresh.

You can add the Payroll feature and the Year End feature as favorite links on the Home screen, from which you can open either one \quickly when you log in to Dayforce.
