Access Archived Reports

The application archives any payroll reports generated by the application for previous pay runs. You can access these reports in Payroll > Archived Reports.

To access archived reports:

  1. Go to Payroll > Archived Reports.
  2. Select a method for finding reports: 
    • Click Pay Period and complete the following settings:
      • Pay Group: Select the pay group.
      • Year: Select a year.
      • Pay Period: Select the pay period.
    • Click Pay Date Range and complete the following settings:
      • From: Enter the starting date of the date range.
      • To: Enter the ending date of the date range.
      • Pay Group: Select the pay groups.
  3. Click Refresh to display the results.
  4. Expand the report you want to view and then click the file you want to open.
