The application archives any payroll reports generated by the application for previous pay runs. You can access these reports in Payroll > Archived Reports.

To access archived reports:
- Go to Payroll > Archived Reports.
- Select a method for finding reports:
- Click Pay Period and complete the following settings:
- Pay Group: Select the pay group.
- Year: Select a year.
- Pay Period: Select the pay period.
- Click Pay Date Range and complete the following settings:
- From: Enter the starting date of the date range.
- To: Enter the ending date of the date range.
- Pay Group: Select the pay groups.
- Click Pay Period and complete the following settings:
- Click Refresh to display the results.
- Expand the report you want to view and then click the file you want to open.
