In Pay Admin Checklist, you can use the Offcycle Pay Export Wizard to pay out worked time for employees who were terminated in the middle of a pay cycle, or any existing retroactive adjustments, on demand.
Without assigning retroactive adjustments or pay outs to offcycle pay runs, Dayforce assigns them to the next regular pay run to be paid out. For example, if a user with access records an additional eight hours worked on a locked timesheet, Dayforce pays those eight hours on the next regular pay run.
By assigning retroactive adjustments or pay outs directly to an offcycle pay run, they can be paid out sooner than the pay date of the next regular pay run.
