Generate Reports in Pay Admin Checklist

Depending on how Dayforce is configured, you can run the following reports in Pay Admin Checklist:

  • Pay Delta Report: Summarizes any retroactive pay adjustments that have been made for a pay period.
  • Pay Export Report: Outputs the same information that’s in your organization’s pay export file (for example, pay information organized and sorted by location or employee number) to a PDF report. You can use this report to review what information is being sent by Dayforce to your organization’s payroll application.
  • Pay Summary Report: Shows the payroll data of your employees, including how much employees earned in regular pay, overtime, and any other pay categories that your organization tracks.

Generate Reports

To generate a report in Pay Admin Checklist

  1. Click Reports.
  2. In the Reports dialog box that opens, select a report and configure its settings.
  3. Click Run Report.

When the report is ready, you can download it from Message Center.
