View the List of Onboarding Employees

You can view a list of your onboarding employees and access more information about them, including the status of their onboarding activities, from Onboarding > Onboarding Employees:

The number of employees in the list is shown at the bottom of the screen. This row count updates dynamically to reflect any filtering or other updates you make to the list.

If the list of employees is long, you have various options to find individual employees more easily:

Access the Onboarding Employee Slide-out Panel

Click any onboarding employee to see that employee's slide-out panel:

Use the slide-out panel to customize who the employee will see in their Getting Started Meet Your Team section, and to track the completion status of their forms, their tasks, and their hiring manager's tasks.

Note: You can only see the tabs in the slide-out panel that your user role is assigned under Onboarding > Onboarding Employees in the Features tab of System Admin > Roles. If you aren’t assigned any of these tabs, you can't access the slide-out panel at all.
