View, Hide, or Reorder Columns

You can customize the user experience in Onboarding > Onboarding Employees when you click View to see the list of candidates in the View panel.

By default, the candidates are ordered by name. To change the order that they are listed in the panel:

  1. Click the heading in any column. The candidates are listed in ascending order by that column. To list them in descending order, click the heading again.
  2. To save your changes for future sessions, click Apply in the View panel.

To change which columns are displayed in the panel:

  1. Click Choose Columns.
  2. In the Column Options dialog box, use the arrow controls to select the columns to display. To display them, click the right arrow to move them to the Selected column. To hide them, click the left arrow to move them to the Available column.
  3. Note: The Name column is required and cannot be removed from the Selected section.
  4. Click Select. The Column Options dialog box closes. The view panel shows the columns you selected.
  5. To save your changes for future sessions, click Apply in the View panel.
