View, Hide, or Reorder Columns

You can customize the user experience in the Onboarding Employees screen by showing, hiding or reordering the columns.

To change the column display:

  1. Go to Onboarding > Onboarding Employees.
  2. Click View. The application opens the View panel.
  3. Click Choose Columns.
  4. In the Column Options dialog box, use the arrow controls to select the columns to display.
  5. Note: The Name column is required, and cannot be removed from the Selected section.
  6. Click Select. The Column Options dialog box closes.
  7. Click Apply in the View panel.
  8. Click View to close the View panel.
