Upload Company Logos for Onboarding

In Dayforce, you can upload company logos to brand your welcome message.

Role feature access: Onboarding Setup > Company Logos

The logos you upload will be available to select in the Welcome Message section of onboarding policy configuration. The maximum file size for these logos is 20 MB, and they must use the JPG, PNG, BMP, or GIF format.

To upload a logo:

1. Go to Onboarding Setup > Company Logos.
2. Click New.
3. Click Add File(s) and then select the image files to upload.
4. To remove items from the upload control, complete one of the following actions:
   • To remove a single file, click the delete icon () next to it.
   • To remove all items, click Clear List.
5. Click Upload.
