Update Tailored Tasklists in Onboarding > Onboarding Employees

When you assign tailored tasklists to an onboarding employee, these tasks are listed first, before the tasks assigned through the employee's onboarding policy, in the Employee Tasklist tab for that user's profile in Onboarding > Onboarding Employees. You are the only one who can see the tailored tasklists that you have created.

Role feature access: Onboarding > Onboarding Employees > Employee Tasklist

To remove, rename, or reorder the tailored tasklists assigned to an employee:

  1. Go to Onboarding > Onboarding Employees.
  2. Click the employee you want to update.
  3. In the Employee Tasklist tab, click the edit icon next to the Tasklist(s) Created By Me heading.
  4. To update the tasklists you assigned to the employee, do any of the following:
    • To remove a tasklist, click the X.
    • To reorder tasklists, click the up and down arrows to the right of the tasklist title.
    • To rename a tasklist, enter a new title in the field provided.

The application shows statuses and due dates for the tasks you assign, the same as tasks assigned via onboarding policy. If you have set up notifications for incomplete onboarding activities, Dayforce will include tailored tasks in the notifications.
