Submit Income Tax Withholding Forms

You might be asked to select, complete, and sign income tax withholding forms (ITWFs) as part of the onboarding process. These forms withhold taxes for the jurisdiction where you reside or work, based on your financial needs.

Before You Begin: You might need to set up your e-signature if the forms are e-signable. See Set Up Your E-signature.

To submit your relevant income tax withholding forms:

  1. Go to the Getting Started feature
  2. Click the Your Onboarding Forms tab.
  3. Expand the Income Tax Withholding Forms section.
  4. Select I will select and submit income tax withholding forms that I'm required to complete.
  5. Note: If you choose not to submit these forms, select I will not be submitting any income tax withholding forms, click Finish, and ignore the rest of the steps in this section. You can't submit the forms later from Getting Started.
  6. A selection of forms for your country opens.
  7. In the list to the left, select each form that applies to you and click the single-arrow icon to move it to the right column.
