Set Up Your E-signature

If e-signature functionality is enabled, Dayforce asks you to set up your signature the first time you try to e-sign a form.

If you are accessing Dayforce from a tablet, you can enter your signature by signing the screen with your finger or a stylus. If you are accessing Dayforce from a desktop, you can select the default signature provided to you.

To set up your signature when the Adopt Your Signature dialog box appears:

  1. Enter your name and initials in the appropriate fields.
  2. Do one of the following:
    • If you are accessing Dayforce from a desktop, in the Select Style tab, accept the default signature and initials or click Change Style to select a different version.
    • If you are accessing Dayforce from a tablet, in the Draw tab, enter your signature.
  3. Click Adopt and Sign.
