Resend First Time Access Email

There might be situations where you want to resend the first time access email manually rather than wait for the site-level background job to run. This could include the case where the email failed to send and you had to update the new employee's details.

The Re-Send button is only active when you can resend the email. For example, if there is a problem with the new employee's email address, the Re-Send button isn’t active.

To resend the first time access email:

  1. Go to Onboarding > First Time Access Email.
  2. Expand the entry for the new employee.
  3. Click Re-Send. The application resends the first time access email to the new employee.
  4. Note: The remaining delivery attempts are reset to the initial value as defined by the First Time Access Email Maximum Delivery Attempts setting in the Messages section of System Admin > Client Properties > Properties.
