The Rehire form is used to rehire terminated employees.
Before You Begin: If your organization uses Position Management, you need to use the Rehire (Position Management) form instead of this one. See Rehire (Position Management) Form.
Select an employee in the Terminated Employee Search field by clicking their name in the list. You can enter all or part of their name or national ID number in the search field to filter the results. When you select an employee, the form automatically populates the information from their terminated employee record, except for the values in the Entitlement Policy and Onboarding Policy fields. You can update the information to reflect the person's current data.
Submitted and processed forms update and reactivate the rehired employee’s record in People.
