New Hire Form

The New Hire form is used to record the details of a newly hired employee.

Before You Begin: If your organization uses Position Management, you need to use the New Hire (Position Management) form instead of this one. See New Hire (Position Management) Form.

Users specify the new hire’s personal details, address, emergency contacts, job assignment, location, compensation, and assign several policies used throughout Dayforce, such as the employee’s pay policy and time entry policy.

Submitted and processed forms create a new employee record in the People feature.
