New Employee Features

Minimum features that you should assign to onboarding roles
Feature	Description
My Onboarding	Assign this feature so that your new employees can access the information assigned to them via their onboarding policy.
My Onboarding > Getting Started > Checklist	Assign this feature so that your new employees can access the employee checklists in My Onboarding. Your organization's onboarding policies are listed as sub-features. Select a policy to enable its checklists to be displayed or clear its checkbox to hide its checklists.
My Onboarding > Getting Started > Income Tax Withholding Forms	Assign this feature so that your new employees can access their Income Tax Withholding Forms in the My Onboarding section.
Application Container > Messaging	Assign this feature so that your new employees can receive messages.
Application Container > Messaging > Can Create New Messages	Assign this feature so that your new employees can send messages using Message Center.

If your organization uses TeamRelate, you should also assign the Application Container > TeamRelate feature so that employees can complete the survey and update their check in information.
