You can monitor the onboarding progress of individual employees from Onboarding > Onboarding Employees from the following columns:
- Employee Progress: The number of completed employee tasks out of the total number of employee tasks.
- Manager Progress: The number of completed manager tasks out of the total number of manager tasks.
- Onboarding Progress: The sum of the completed employee and manager tasks out of the total number of tasks.
Example: Erin Walsh has finished two of the three onboarding tasks assigned to her, while her manager has finished all four of the tasks assigned to them. As a result, the Onboarding Progress column indicates that six of the seven assigned tasks have been completed overall.
The screenshot also displays the completed icon () for Millie Ball because she has finished all of her tasks. Manager tasks don’t need to be completed for the employee to be considered finished with their onboarding process.
Note: The application automatically recalculates onboarding progress every four hours (and after a user closes an onboarding employee's slide-out panel). The calculation is based on the statuses of tasks assigned to the employee and employee’s manager, including the statuses of forms within guided processes assigned to the employee.
