If you are a manager, the filter panel in Onboarding Employees displays the Include Indirect Reports checkbox, which you can select to view employees who indirectly report to you (employees who report to your direct reports).
This checkbox is cleared each time that you log in to Dayforce, so that Dayforce shows only your direct reports by default. You can select it and click Apply Filter to include your indirect reports in the list as well.
For example, Ishaan manages Jia, who manages Ted, who manages Phil. When the Include Indirect Reports checkbox is cleared, Ishaan sees only Jia in the list. When this checkbox is selected, Ted and Phil are also shown in the list.
The Include Indirect Reports checkbox is hidden if you have location access to employees but don't manage any employees. For example, it's not shown for a system administrator who is assigned access to locations. In this case, the user by default sees all employees that they have access to in Dayforce, and they can use the other filters to narrow down the list.
