In the Onboarding Setup > First Time Access Email Configuration feature, you can create your own content for the first time access email (FTAE) that is sent to new hires. After you provide an effective start date (and, optionally, effective end date), a unique reference code, and the name and email address of the sender, you can specify what you want the welcome email to say and format it as needed, including adding a logo. You can also add attachments.

When you have finished configuring first time access emails, you can add them as templates for onboarding employees in the New Hire, Rehire, and Candidate Hire forms.
