Configure Income Tax Withholding Forms

You can configure an Income Tax Withholding Forms section that appears in the Forms section of the onboarding employees’ Getting Started screen so that they have the option of selecting and completing the tax forms for where they work or reside. These tax forms are provided by Dayforce, with no need to set them up or add them.

Use this feature to avoid placing federal and state/provincial tax forms in a guided process. This way, if the correct form isn’t available to onboarding employees, or if they opt not to fill out the forms, they can skip income tax withholding forms altogether and this won’t prevent them from completing their onboarding policy.

Note: Each income tax withholding form submitted by onboarding users is sent separately to DocuSign in its own individual envelope, and corresponding DocuSign charges will apply.
