Configure E-Signature Forms

Before You Begin: You must set up an e-signature external integration for OAuth 2.0 authentication. See Configure E-Signature Authentication.

Role feature access: Workflow Administration > E-Signature Configuration > Form Configuration

To specify that forms need e-signatures:

  1. Go to Workflow Administration > E-Signature Configuration. The Form Configuration tab opens listing all available forms.
  2. Select the Is E-Signable checkbox for every form that you want to make e-signable.
  3. Click Save.

Note: You can also specify which forms can be signed electronically in Workflow Administration > Form Builder.
