Add the Dayforce Wallet Section to an Onboarding Policy

Before You Begin: This section is only visible to onboarding employees if various properties and roles are set up. For Dayforce Wallet configuration details, see the Dayforce Wallet Administrator Guide.

The Dayforce Wallet section describes Dayforce Wallet to new employees, and provides steps on how to install its app.

To add the Dayforce Wallet section to a policy:

  1. Go to Onboarding Setup > Onboarding Policy and select the policy that you want to modify.
  2. Click the My Onboarding tab.
  3. If you don’t see the Dayforce Wallet entry, click View More at the bottom of the list of available items to expand the list.
  4. Select Dayforce Wallet (or click Add if the section isn't already added). The application automatically scrolls down to where you can configure the section.
  5. If internal employees are already familiar with these resources, you can hide this section for them. To do this, click Edit, clear the Enable for Internal Hire checkbox.
  6. Click OK.
  7. Click Save.
