Before You Begin: Income Tax Withholding Forms must be configured from Onboarding Setup > Income Tax Withholding Forms Configuration. See Configure Income Tax Withholding Forms.
To add the Income Tax Withholding Forms section to the Onboarding Forms section of your onboarding policy:
- Go to Onboarding Setup > Onboarding Policy.
- In the sidebar, click the policy that you want to modify.
- Click the Getting Started tab.
- Under Onboarding Forms, click Add. The application automatically scrolls down to where you can configure the section.
- This section provides various options to guide users with submitting various forms, and includes fields to provide descriptions and videos. For information on these other features, see Add Onboarding Forms to an Onboarding Policy.
- Click Add Income Tax Withholding Forms to expand the section.
- If the Enable for Internal Hire Role checkbox was selected at the top of the Onboarding Forms section, you have the option of not showing the income tax withholding forms to internal employees by clearing the Enable for Internal Hire Role checkbox in this Income Tax Withholding Forms section.
- To provide an additional number of days for employees to complete these forms, enter the number of days in the Due Date Offset field.
- Click Add Income Tax Withholding Form Country to add a country.
- Select a country in the Country drop-down list.
- The list of available forms for this country is displayed:

- Note: The countries you can choose from, and the forms for those countries, are configured in Onboarding Setup > Income Tax Withholding Forms Configuration. For information, see Configure Income Tax Withholding Forms.
- To add more countries from the Country drop-down list, click Add Income Tax Withholding Form Country and repeat the previous two steps.
- Click OK. If you need to update this information later, go to this Onboarding Forms section and click its edit icon

- Click Save.
