This section describes how to respond to forms that have been routed to you for approval. Forms are marked with an action required indicator () in your inbox.
Note: The types of forms routed to you and whether you need to approve them depends on how Dayforce is configured. For more information, contact your system administrator.
To respond to forms:
- Go to Message Center and open the form that you want to respond to.
- Review the form.

- Dayforce shows the changes that will be made when the form is approved. In this example, the Prefix, Middle Name, and Suffix are changed for Amanda Leigh, in the Name and Marital Status form. The changes are indicated by orange triangles at the top right corner of each affected field.
- Click Accept or Reject.
Note: Dayforce tracks the history of each form, including who originally filled it out, any other users it has been sent to, and whether other users have approved or rejected a form. You can view this information in the History section.
