Select a Template

In the first step of the wizard, you need to select the template that the letter is based on.

The list displays the following columns:

  • Name: The name of the template.
  • Category: The category assigned to the template. Templates with the Offer Letters category aren't displayed and can only be used when creating letters in the Recruiting feature.
  • Terminated Employee Letter: Indicates whether the letter is for terminated employees. This is only displayed and applicable for templates with the Other Letters category.
  • Last Modified Date: The time and date that the template was last updated.

By default, the list is sorted by name, but you can click the column headers to change the sorting.
