In the first step of the wizard, you need to select the template that the letter is based on.
The list displays the following columns:
- Name: The name of the template.
- Category: The category assigned to the template. Templates with the Offer Letters category aren't displayed and can only be used when creating letters in the Recruiting feature. This column doesn't appear if you are sending a bulk letter.
- Terminated Employee Letter: Indicates whether the letter is for terminated employees. This is only displayed and applicable for templates with the Other Letters category.
- Last Modified Date: The time and date that the template was last updated.
By default, the list is sorted by name, but you can click the column headers to change the sorting.
