Resend Letters

To resubmit a letter for an employee, you must click Send a Letter and create a new letter. When you submit the new letter, it enters a new workflow, and a record is added to the list. The new letter doesn't have any impact on previous letters for the same employee. Previous letters that were sent are still valid for the employee to respond to, as long as they are within the expiry period.
