In the Attachments tab of Letter Management > Template Designer, you can delete files at any time, including documents other users uploaded.
If a file has already been added to a template that has been used in a letter, the deleted file remains available in that letter. However, it isn't available in other letters going forward. Dayforce displays a warning to indicate that this is a case each time that you delete a file.
To delete a file:
- Go to Letter Management > Template Designer and click the Attachments tab.
- Select the file that you want to delete.
- Click Delete and click OK to confirm. At this point, the file is removed.
