Configure the Letter Portal

In Letter Management > Letter Portal Management, you can apply the branding elements configured in Letter Management > Branding Management, like logo and colors, to the letter portal. The letter portal is where employees can review and take action on the letter.

Dayforce displays the system Letter Portal site in the sidebar and its details on the right. There is only one system letters portal used in Letter Management:

To configure the details of the letter portal:

  1. Go to Letter Management > Letter Portal Management.
  2. Select an option in one or more of the following drop-down lists to apply the branding to the site:

    Field Description

    Theme

    Select a theme (a set of colors) for the site. If you don't select a theme, default colors are applied to the letter portal. See Theme Configuration.

    Header

    Select a header (a set of navigation links) for the site. If you don't select a header, no headers are displayed in the letter portal. See Header Configuration.

    Footer

    Select a footer (a set of additional links in columns) for the site. If you don't select a header, no headers are displayed in the letter portal. See Footer Configuration.

    Logo (Small)
    Logo (Large)

    Select a small logo and large logo for use on the site. Each drop-down list displays the images that were uploaded with the corresponding image type in the Image Management tab of Letter Management > Branding Management. See Image Management.

    This logo is separate from the logo that can be added to the letter template.

  4. Click Save.
