View Progress by Employee

In the Team Learning Activity > Employee tab, you can view information on learning activities by employee.

View the Employee Progress Overview

Managers can view a team level summary of the progress their direct reports have made in a selected period. The Employee Progress Overview section displays information on the numbers of employees and courses in different states of progress.

Status sections in the Employee Progress Overview section
Status Section Description
Completed all The number of employees that have completed all courses, and the number of courses that are completed.
Not started The number of employees that haven’t started courses assigned to them, and the number of courses that haven’t been started.
Overdue The number of employees that have overdue courses assigned to them, and the number of courses that are overdue.
Due within 1 week The number of employees who have courses assigned to them due within one week, and the number of courses that are due within one week.
In progress The number of employees that have courses in progress, and the number of courses in progress.
Active skills The number of employees that have active skills, and the number of skills that are active.
Expired skills The number of employees that have expired skills, and the number of skills that are expired.
Active certifications The number of employees that have active certifications, and the number of certifications that are active.
Expired certifications The number of employees that have expired certifications, and the number of certifications that are expired.

Click any of the status sections in the Employee Progress Overview section to view more detailed information about the selected employees and courses in the section below.

View Detailed Progress Information

You can view more specific progress information in the list below the Employee Progress Overview section. You can sort the information in this list by clicking a column header.

Columns in the employee activity list
Column Description
Name The learner's full name and their primary work assignment. Click the employee's name in the list to access their Learning Summary. In the Learning Summary, you can view and update the employee's assigned courses, learning plans, skills, certifications, and transcripts.
Overall progress The learner's progress as a percentage. This value represents the progress of all courses that the employee has been enrolled in for the selected time period.

Overdue courses

The learner's total number of courses in each status. Click the number to open a dialog box with more details. You can also send course reminder notifications from this dialog box, if applicable for the status.

Certifications

Skills

The learner's total number of skills or certifications, and the number that are expired or expiring in the next seven days. Click the number to open a dialog box with more details.

Time spent The amount of time the learner has spent in all of the courses assigned to them.
