This background job controls the Skill Expiration notification and checks whether any employees have skills that have expired.

| Manager Alert | Send the Skill Expiration - Manager notification to managers. |
| Administrator Alert | Send the Skill Expiration - Administrator notification to administrators. |
| Send alert (n) days after Expiry | The number of days after the skill expires to send the notification. For example, enter 1 and Dayforce sends the notification to the selected users the day after the skill expires. |
| Send alert (n) days after Expiry (optional) | Resend the notification on specific days after the skill expires. For example, enter 3 and Dayforce resends the notification to subscribers three days after the skill expires. |
