Run the LMS Background Jobs

To use the internal learning features, you must run the following background jobs (in System Admin > Background Jobs):

• LMS Org Setup Job
• LMS Users Setup Job
• Synchronize LMS Data Job

If you are using the HR Admin > Groups feature, you also need to run the following background jobs (in System Admin > Background Jobs):

• LMS Group Sync Job
• Group Members Generation

You should schedule these jobs to run regularly to keep the learning data up to date.

Recommended schedule for LMS background jobs
