Manage Course Enrollments

- Classic Learning -

For information on enrolling employees in courses, see Enroll Employees in Courses.

After you’ve enrolled users in a course, the enrolled users are listed in the course’s Enrollments tab in Learning Setup > Courses & Learning Plans > Courses.

You can customize the list layout by clicking the column management icon ( ) and then selecting the columns that you want to see.

From this page, you can take several actions, both for individual users or for several users at a time. To select an action for an individual user, click the ellipses icon at the end of the user row and select the action from the list. To select multiple users, select the checkboxes next to their names and then click Choose Action at the bottom of the window to select an action.

User stats

For e-learning courses only, redirects you to the Reports tab of the course, with the Course Summary Report already filtered for the selected user.

Edit enrollment

Lets you edit the user enrollment by changing the enrollment status and the enrollment validity period. For e-learning courses, you can also change the user level in the course (for example, from learner to instructor).

Enroll into sessions

For instructor-led training (ILT) courses only, lets you select the sessions that you want to enroll the user in.

Reset date range

For e-learning courses only, deletes the visibility period validity and makes the course always visible and available for the selected users.

Archive enrollment

Archives the current enrollment for the user and gives you the option to re-enroll or unenroll the user.

Change status

Changes the user’s status (for example, from in progress to completed). Some statuses might not be enabled, depending on the user’s current status. The change status functionality is also used to enroll users in the course from the waiting list.

Unenroll

Unenrolls the user from the course. When this option isn’t enabled, it means that the user is enrolled in a learning plan that contains the course. In this case, the user can’t be unenrolled from the course because it would break the learning plan’s logical integrity. To make the course unenrollment action available, you have to unenroll the user from the learning plan first.
