After you've configured the necessary courses, you can add them to learning plans in the Learning Plans tab of Learning Setup > Courses and Learning Plans.

Similar to courses, you can enroll employees in learning plans individually or based on their location, you can select or upload a thumbnail that will be displayed in the Learning feature, and you can specify whether users receive a certificate upon completion.
