In the Learning feature, you can access course content, sign up for training, and contribute to learning discussions.
Depending on how Dayforce is configured, you might see some or all of the following tabs:
- Overview: Consolidates features that are divided across other tabs. Here, you can view the courses and channels you've been assigned, contribute content, and ask questions.
- My Courses and Learning Plans: Access the training that's been assigned to you. Courses that are due by a certain date have a red calendar icon in the top corner, indicating that they're time sensitive.
- Courses Catalog: See the course catalogs that have been assigned to you. This allows you to enroll yourself in courses that interest you.
- Learning Activities: View stats about your learning experience, such as your last login and the total amount of time you've spent in training. The information is organized into a number of different tabs that group similar information.
- Learning Calendar: View the due dates for courses in a calendar format. You can choose whether you want to view a daily, monthly, or weekly calendar.
- All Channels: View the channel content that's been assigned to you by your administrator. This could include courses that have been assigned to you and content organized by channel (such as sales or HR).
- My Channels: Add and view your contributions to the channels you have access to. This can include adding content or asking questions.
- Questions & Answers: Ask questions, see questions you've previously asked, and answer questions that others have asked in the channels where you've been named as an expert.
- Contribute: Upload new content and view your previous uploads. For each upload, you can specify details, tags, and which channel it belongs to.
- My Expert Tasks: The application displays any tasks that have been assigned to you by one of the channels where you've been named as an expert. This can include content that needs to be peer reviewed and questions that need to be answered.
- My Coaching Activity: View stats about the expert tasks you've completed, such as answering questions and completing peer reviews.
You might also see additional tabs that are configured for you by your Learning administrator.
Dayforce Learning App
The Learning feature can be accessed on your mobile devices using the Dayforce Learning App. In the app, you can attend courses, complete training material, and view your assigned assets and channels. For more information about downloading and using the app, see the Dayforce Learning App Guide.
