LMS Automatic Certification Renewals

You can configure automatic renewals for certifications in Dayforce. Run the LMS Automatic Certification Renewals Job to automatically re-enroll learners in the associated course or learning plan when their certification approaches its expiry date. It’s best practice to run this job on a daily basis.

Note: When the job runs, Dayforce checks whether each learner is already enrolled in the required courses. If they are, an error message is shown to inform you that they were excluded from re-enrollment.

The job has the following settings:

Apply from Last Run

Click the button and the Certification(s) drop-down is populated with the selections from the last time the job was run manually.

Apply from Last Scheduled Run

Click the button and the Certification(s) drop-down is populated with the selections from the last time the job was scheduled to run.

Certification(s)

Select a certification from the drop-down list to automatically enroll learners in the associated course or learning plan if their certification has reached the offset date. If you don’t select a certification, the job applies to all certifications in Dayforce.
