You can enroll employees in courses from their People profile, in the Courses tab of the Learning screen.
To enroll an employee in a course:
- Go to People, open the employee profile, and click Learning.
- In the Courses tab, click Enroll. The Course Enrollment dialog box opens.
- In the Name drop-down list, select the course. The fields in the General section are populated according to the type of course you selected; the fields available vary depending on the course type:
- If you selected an e-learning course, move to step 4.
- If you selected an ILT (instructor-led training) course, select an option in the Name column of the Sessions section.
- If you selected an external course, select a start date and status, and complete the other fields as applicable.
- Click OK. The new course enrollment is displayed in the Courses section.
