Create and Edit Courses

You can create courses for the learners in your organization from the Courses tab of Learning Setup > Courses and Learning Plans.

To create a course:

  1. Go to Learning Setup > Courses and Learning Plans.
  2. In the Courses tab, click the Create icon and then click New Course.
  3. Select a course type to specify whether learners can complete the training independently through e-learning, or if they need to attend an ILT (instructor-led training) session, either in person or virtually.
  4. Enter a name and description for the course and, optionally, a reference code.
  5. Select the category destination by clicking a folder. You can search the categories by entering a term in the search field.
  6. Click Create and Edit.
  7. Configure the course properties and additional course settings as needed.
