Create Skill Levels

Skill levels represent an employee's proficiency with a skill. For example, if you needed to track an employee's French language proficiency, you could create three skills levels: Basic, Conversational, and Fluent.

To create a skill level:

  1. Go to Learning Setup > Skills.
  2. Click the Skill Levels tab.
  3. Click Add.
  4. Enter a name for the skill level.
  5. (Optional) Enter a description and reference code.
  6. In the Rank column, enter a number that represents the skill level's rank in relation to other levels (where higher numbers correspond to higher skill levels).
  7. Click Save.
