Create Certifications

To create a certification:

  1. Go to Learning Setup > Certifications.
  2. Click Add.
  3. Enter a name for the certification.
  4. (Optional) Enter a description and reference code.
  5. If the certification expires, use the Expiration field and drop-down list to indicate how often the certification needs to be renewed.
  6. Click Save.

You can also configure skills so that employees must complete a course or learning plan to earn them. See Link Certifications to Courses and Learning Plans.
