Copy Job Assignment Qualifications

Copying an existing job assignment qualification record copies its skills and certifications, so that you can link them to a different job assignment. 

To copy job assignment qualifications:

1. Go to Org Setup > Job Assignment Qualifications.
2. Select the item that you want to copy and click Copy.
3. In the Job Assignment drop-down list, select the job assignment that you want to add to the skills and certifications you copied.
4. (Optional) In the Skills drop-down list, modify the copied skills.
5. (Optional) In the Certifications drop-down list, modify the copied certifications.
6. Click Save.
