Learning notifications can be configured to inform learners, manager, or administrators of courses, skills, or certifications that are expired and courses that you have been enrolled in or completed. Some of these notifications are controlled by background jobs (in System Admin > Background Jobs) that define when and how they are sent.
The following notification-specific background jobs are available in the Learning module:
- Certification Approaching Expiration Alert
- Certification Expiration Alert
- Course Approaching Enrollment Deadline - Employee Alert
- Course Approaching Enrollment Deadline - Manager Alert
- Course Enrollment Deadline Past Due Alert
- Skill Approaching Expiration Alert
- Skill Expiration Alert
