You can configure Learning forms to display in Profile > Forms so that learners can make self-service submissions.
To assign forms:
- Go to Workflow Administration > Role Privileges.
- Click Add.
- In the Parent Feature drop-down list, select Home Forms List.
- In the Form drop-down list, select the form to display. The following Learning forms are available:
- Training Request Form: Enables learners to submit a training request.
- Upload New Certificate: Allows learners to upload proof of certifications for external courses and learning plans.
- In the Workflow drop-down list, select the workflow for the form approval.
- (Optional) In the Category drop-down list, select the category to display the form under.
- (Optional) In the Sequence field, enter the display sequence.
- In the Role dialog box, select the employee user roles from the Available column and click the right arrow to move them to the Current column.
- Click Save.
