Learning can integrate with the BlueJeans videoconferencing platform so that your users can access live training sessions directly in webinar courses.
Configure Your BlueJeans Account
To configure Dayforce Learning in BlueJeans:
- Log in to your BlueJeans account, then go to this URL:
- https://bluejeans.com/enterprise-admin/#group-settings/oauth
- Go to the Group Settings tab and click Add App.
- In the Create App dialog box, add the following information:
- Name
- Description
- App Key
- Click Save.
- In the Group Settings tab, your new app is displayed in the list with the name, description, and app key you configured, and an automatically generated secret key in the App Secret column.
- Note: You will need these values to configure BlueJeans in Dayforce Learning, so make sure to record them or have them available.
Configure BlueJeans in Dayforce Learning
After you configure your BlueJeans account, enter the account information in Dayforce Learning:
- Go to Learning Setup > Webinar Settings, then click the BlueJeans tab.
- Click New Account.
- Enter the account information for the service.
- In the dialog box, add the following information you recorded from BlueJeans:
- Account Name
- App Key
- App Secret
- Webinar Tool Username
- Webinar Tool Password
- Note: The webinar tool username and password are the credentials you enter to log in to your BlueJeans account.
- In the Options section, you can set limits on the number of sessions per course, the total number of sessions for this account, and the number of concurrent rooms. If you don’t define a limit, Dayforce allows unlimited sessions, meetings, or rooms.
- Note: The number of concurrent rooms is the one agreed on in your BlueJeans license.
- Click Confirm.
