Certification Expiration Alert

This background job controls the Certification Expiration notification and checks for expired employee certifications.

Certification Expiration Alert job settings
Setting	Description
Employee Alert	Send the Certification Expiration - Employee Alert to employees.
Manager Alert	Send the Certification Expiration - Manager Alert to managers.
Administrator Alert	Send the Certification Expiration - Administrator Alert to administrators.
Send alert (n) days after Expiry	The number of days after the certification expires to send the notification. For example, enter `1` and Dayforce sends the notification to subscribers the day after the certification expires.
Send alert (n) days after Expiry (optional)	Resend the notification on specific days after the certification expires. For example, enter `3` and Dayforce resends the notification to subscribers three days after the certification expires.
