Certification Approaching Expiration Alert

This background job controls the Certification Expiration Approaching notification and checks if any employees have certifications that have expired.

Certification Approaching Expiration Alert job settings

Setting	Description
Administrator Alert	Send the Certification Expiration Approaching - Administrator notification to administrators.
Employee Alert	Send the Certification Expiration Approaching - Employee notification to employees.
Manager Alert	Send the Certification Expiration Approaching - Manager notification to managers.
Expiration Offset days	The number of days before the certification expires to send the notification. For example, enter 3 and Dayforce sends the notification to subscribers three days before the certification expires.
Expiration Offset days (optional)	Resend the notification on specific days after the initial notification is sent. For example, enter 1 and Dayforce resends the notification one day before the certification is set to expire.
