To assign skills:
- Go to People, open the employee profile, and click Learning.
- In the Skills tab, click Add.
- Select the skill that you want to assign and the skill level that represents the employee's skill proficiency.
- In the Date First Acquired field, enter the date the skill was first acquired.
- In the Date Last Acquired field, enter the date the skill was most recently acquired.
- (Optional) If the skill expires, enter the expiry date in the Expiration Date field.
- Click Save.
